Terri’s leadership skills shone as the Senior Property Manager of a 700-unit apartment complex, earning a Superior + Annual Rating for exceptional management performance. She further demonstrated her strategic and operational capabilities as the Operations Director for the Roslyn Business Improvement District in Arlington County, VA, successfully securing an additional million dollars in funding from commercial property owners to support the nonprofit’s initiatives.
In 2006, Terri took on the role of Regional Manager for a prominent regional real estate company, where she led impressive growth, expanding the region from 5 to 12 offices and increasing the managed portfolio from 600 to 3,500 units. Her outstanding contributions were recognized in 2009 when she was honored as the “Property Manager of the Year” by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR).
